Work-study Environment

Every kid in Honduras sees soccer as the only way to make a living for their families but, not everyone reaches the professional level. Our instructor certification program invites these young players to become part of the staff of our school and make a career to keep them involved with the sport they love. Other opportunities are working for the school, giving peers training skills such as responsibility, and communication, and introductions to jobs such as kit maintenance, bus driver, food caterer, event logistics, digital marketing, and social media.
